Following a complex brief this home has been able to create space for dining, relaxing and playing too. By relocating the main living area to the front of the house, it was possible to create a spacious dining area nestled alongside a more 'relaxed' seating area for the children - utilising the previously unused sunroom space as a well organised playroom. By removing a very dated overpowering large brick fireplace and replacing it with an attractive log burner, the room instantly felt wider and it brought warmth back into the room. Open fireplace and sumptuous finishes of velvets and copper accents in the newly designed living room creates a welcoming space with a hint of surprise with the dramatic wallpaper.
